This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Act as a senior technical authority on project tasks to ensure that quality services are delivered promptly and within budget to fulfill customer needs.
• Provide regular updates to the project manager.
• Support the project manager in defining and organizing project tasks, estimating task durations, and creating a project schedule as part of the project planning process.
• Review project plans to grasp the scope, schedule, and assigned responsibilities.
• Engage in client and project team meetings.
• Assist with research and data analysis, including helping to conduct customer or stakeholder analyses.
• Prepare written documents, reports, and presentations, and contribute to delivering presentations to clients.
• Monitor and accurately report hours spent on projects.
• Collaborate with individuals at all levels, provide feedback for reports and other deliverables, manage multiple assignments, meet established deadlines, and adapt to evolving client requirements.
• Conduct quality assurance on project deliverables.
• Regularly engage for insights related to your area of expertise to provide valuable perspectives that enhance business operations.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of business processes and implement opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency throughout the organization.
• Build relationships with existing clients to promote the development of new business opportunities for current and/or additional services.
• Be knowledgeable about ABS Group's products and services.
• Meet with both new and existing clients and actively listen to their requirements.
• Communicate client needs to project managers.
• Review published reports and news articles about existing and potential new clients to gather customer intelligence.
• Participate in the development of proposals.
• Represent ABS Group and engage in the promotion of our products and services.
• Support ICS/OT cybersecurity initiatives within capital projects, operational programs, and compliance-related efforts in industrial settings.
• Act as a cybersecurity advisor to control systems and project teams, assisting in aligning security, operational, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, control systems, IT, operations, and other stakeholders to enhance project execution and client outcomes.
• Contribute to cybersecurity documentation, compliance support activities, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in identifying client needs and service opportunities related to industrial cybersecurity, control systems, and operational resilience.
• Over 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• An advanced degree or a bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience is required.
• Professional certifications are mandatory.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for roles that support government contracts.
