This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +43 more states.
• Oversee or support all facets of mock regulatory examinations and compliance program evaluations.
• Conduct a wide range of activities during reviews for ACA’s most significant and complex clients.
• Offer regulatory consulting services to clients as required.
• Proactively and profitably manage assigned client relationships and projects.
• Collaborate with other internal departments as needed.
• Identify, manage, and/or assist with ACA special projects and internal initiatives.
• Formally supervise, train, evaluate, mentor, and provide feedback to colleagues.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks and special projects as necessary to support ACA.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8 years of industry experience.
• Alternatively, at least 6 years of experience that includes:
• (i) experience as an examiner or attorney with the U.S. SEC, NFA, CFTC, FINRA, or another regulatory body.
• (ii) experience as a compliance analyst or consultant with ACA or a consulting firm similar to ACA.
• Advanced understanding of pertinent federal securities laws and related regulations.
• Possess executive presence – a professional who communicates seamlessly with regulators and high-profile clients.
• A major or concentration in compliance, law, business, accounting, finance, and/or economics is preferred.
