📋 Description

• The Senior Principal Architect is a highly skilled technical professional responsible for collaborating with Sales at the outset to communicate the comprehensive value of HPE Networking’s AI/ML Infrastructure, Datacenter, and WAN Networking Solutions and strategy.

• Provide guidance to Sales Engineers and partners on the recommended technical methodologies and solutions.

• Oversee the architecture of complete Networking Infrastructure solutions, possessing profound technical knowledge in all networking aspects.

• Lead the design and architecture of networks to ensure alignment with customers' business and technical needs.

• In complex Networking Infrastructure projects, the Senior Principal Architect will manage the end-to-end technical solution and customizations, coordinating with other Specialists, Technical resources, Systems Engineers, and Product Management.

• As a Senior Principal Architect, you will analyze and offer insights based on hardware and software technical configurations for the solution, addressing customer requirements and ensuring successful project delivery.

• Foster strong partnerships with Integrators and other key stakeholders to craft solutions that tackle emerging and intricate challenges for customers across various industries and workloads.

• Architect and design Hyperscale Network Solutions that effectively address customers' needs and business challenges.

• Excel in conducting demonstrations and Proof of Concept for solutions while clearly conveying the value proposition tailored to customer use cases.

• Convert customer business and functional objectives into technical solution requirements.

• Shape and customize solutions across the entire company portfolio (products, services, solutions) with the necessary third-party components, offered as either CAPEX, SaaS, or IaaS.

• Maintain close collaboration with product management.

• Partner with Sales to express technical value, present solutions, and address customer objections.

• Establish relationships with senior resources and technical decision-makers among key customers.

• Ensure a seamless transfer of knowledge and hand-over to the delivery team.

• Manage sizing, design, configuration, and pricing of technical solutions, adhering to sizing and industry best practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree in technology or a related field is preferred, or equivalent technical qualifications.

• Over 12 years of technical experience in Network Infrastructure Design with an emphasis on technical consulting and solutions selling.

• A minimum of 5 industry-standard relevant technology certifications or equivalent experience is expected.

• Familiarity with Hyperscale Network architecture frameworks and project management methodologies and certifications is desirable.

• Practical knowledge of JunOS, EOS, IOS; certifications in these areas are preferred.

• Strong resource management capabilities, including effective engagement of SMEs/specialists/Engineering resources.

• Hands-on experience with various Networking products, solutions, tools, or services related to the job's responsibilities.

• Ability to create and develop a playbook for product demonstrations or walkthroughs of solutions, tools, or services.

• Capability to deliver live demonstrations or walkthroughs of products, solutions, tools, or services to customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

• Unique mastery of partner offerings and knowledge of when and how to leverage them for deals within a specialization area.

• A professional with strong business acumen and general management guidance skills.

• Ability to cultivate relationships with technical decision-makers and C-level executives in client organizations.

• Experience in preparing RFP/Tender response documents, ensuring compliance with the RFP, creating bill of materials, commercial/pricing, and solution documents to facilitate a successful response.

• Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.

• Formal or informal experience in technical sales leadership or mentoring is preferred.

• Certifications such as JNCIE or equivalent are desirable.

• Exposure and familiarity with programming languages and tools like APIs, Postman, JSON, Python, etc. are desired.
