This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +3 more states.
• Drive the expansion of Medtronic's Endovascular business within the designated territory.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with customers and promote the adoption of cutting-edge therapies.
• Meet or surpass sales targets.
• Offer product knowledge, procedural assistance, and educational resources to physicians.
• Formulate and implement strategic plans for the territory.
• Recognize opportunities within current accounts and develop targeted account strategies.
• Oversee territory operations, including customer engagement, account management, expense tracking, and compliance with policies.
• Participate in aortic procedures to provide clinical knowledge, technical support, and immediate product assistance.
• Conduct sales presentations and create new business prospects.
• Provide prompt customer solutions and product training.
• Foster internal collaborations and convey insights regarding the market, customers, and competitors.
• Maintain current knowledge of clinical, technical, and competitive product landscapes.
• Travel regularly to customer locations and work in clinical settings.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 12+ years of relevant experience, OR an Associate's Degree with 10+ years, OR a Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of pertinent experience.
• Experience in sales, clinical roles, or related positions within the medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences sectors.
• Must reside within the specified territory: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, or Northern Massachusetts.
• Willingness to travel to various customer accounts in the region up to 80% of the time.
• A valid driver's license and active insurance are required.
• Driving record must adhere to company standards.
• Capacity to work and/or travel outside of regular business hours, including evening and weekend on-call support.
• Ability to meet physical demands such as frequent travel, transporting products and equipment, prolonged standing or walking, and working in clinical environments with exposure to radiation and infectious diseases.
• Candidates below the Principal level must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, the qualification must comply with 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
• Preferred: 5 years of experience in Aortic Sales.
• Preferred: Proven success in sales hunting, developing new accounts, and enhancing market penetration.
