This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Deliver competitive pricing estimates for proposals from the Event Technology and Registration team.
• Generate well-defined bids in collaboration with Business Development, Account Management, and leadership from Event Technology and Registration.
• Engage with clients during QA calls to gather pricing information and address any event billing inquiries as necessary.
• Create estimates utilizing provided templates and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Analyze event hours in conjunction with Business Analytics to uphold event profitability.
• Contribute to team meetings.
• Identify challenges and escalate them for prompt resolution.
• Consult on and oversee tracking for group COGs.
• Support project setup in PSA, including time tracking and resource allocation.
• Assist with high-level projects as required.
• Stay informed on Opus operating procedures.
• Work with the client financial team to ensure pricing aligns with client budgets.
• Take initiative to enhance team processes.
• Travel domestically and internationally for less than 5% of the year.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and/or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience in event registration, event management, or corporate event sales operations.
• A Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university is highly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to function in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to various tool suites, including Microsoft, Google, Slack, Zoom, Monday.com, and file sharing systems.
• G Suite experience is preferred, including proficiency in Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
• Strong capabilities in critical thinking, organization, and analysis.
• Proven project management abilities.
• High level of professional integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and email skills.
• Capability to engage and present to senior-level employees and executives.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Competence in working with probability, statistical inference, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Ability to create, monitor, and understand budgets, debits, credits, and reconciliations.
• Capability to solve practical problems and interpret written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule instructions.
• Travel for less than 5% of the year, potentially both domestically and internationally.
