This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead Price-to-Win (PTW) analysis to assess competitor strategies, labor rates, and cost structures.
• Conduct pre-pricing evaluations and create Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates during the initial capture phases.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive cost models for various contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ, GWAC, etc.).
• Create pricing narratives, Basis of Estimate (BOE), and proposal pricing documents.
• Ensure adherence to FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA regulations.
• Manage and assess program-level and portfolio-level P&L, including variance tracking and forecasting.
• Maintain and enhance wrap rate models (fringe, overhead, G&A, fee).
• Conduct financial scenario planning and risk/sensitivity analysis to improve competitiveness and profitability.
• Support DCAA/DCMA audits and address pricing-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with capture, finance, and program teams to formulate pricing strategies aligned with win probabilities.
• Oversee pricing initiatives for high-priority pursuits and aid in the proposal development lifecycle.
• Assist in subcontractor pricing and negotiations, including workshare distribution.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process enhancements and standardization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in pricing within the realm of federal government contracting.
• In-depth knowledge of Price-to-Win (PTW) methodologies and competitive analysis techniques.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• Comprehensive understanding of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing P&L models and cost structures.
• Proficiency in pricing across various contract types: FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ, GWAC, BPA.
• Familiarity with pricing tools such as PRICE-H, SEER, or comparable software.
• Knowledge of DCAA/DCMA audit processes and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data for leadership.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a dynamic capture and proposal environment.
