This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and assess customer contract and pricing requests, including product additions, price reductions, and rights of first refusal.
• Evaluate bids, contract renewals, and customer inquiries to ensure profitability and adherence to market pricing.
• Support the analysis and implementation of customer terms and amendments.
• Draft customer offer letters and collaborate with the legal team as necessary.
• Prepare and review customer opportunities for approval, coordinating with supply chain and cross-functional teams as needed.
• Analyze historical sales trends, IQVIA prescription trends, market intelligence, and other relevant data to suggest modifications to customer pricing, pricing models, and bid lists.
• Assist in preparations for upcoming new product launches.
• Attend and engage in meetings as requested.
• Evaluate product awards and offers to propose strategic pricing adjustments.
• Develop, review, and analyze customer rebate structures and monitor their performance.
• Communicate pricing updates to relevant functional areas as required.
• Collaborate with Finance, Government Reporting, Sales, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Marketing on pricing and usage models, as well as analysis for forecasting and accrual coordination.
• Oversee pricing activities in alignment with the Pricing Committee.
• Execute pricing activities across various systems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate product and customer reporting and analysis with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Relations, and Leadership.
• Assist in preparing product and customer reporting and analysis within the Pricing & Contracts department and cross-functionally throughout the organization as required.
• Undertake special projects as assigned by leadership.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, finance, economics, and accounting, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to present analyses clearly and succinctly.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain effective business relationships.
• Capable of working independently, taking initiative, and managing multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to safeguard confidential and sensitive information.
• Proficiency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing in English.
