This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver proactive outbound and inbound assistance to retailers within the vehicle sector (independent dealerships).
• Oversee a portfolio of roughly 65–70 retailers, fostering and nurturing ongoing close relationships.
• Engage in prospecting, negotiations, and partner retention, promoting the adoption and utilization of Itaucred products.
• Aid retailers in securing financing and resolving issues with internal departments (credit, pricing, etc.).
• Conduct remote interactions (phone calls, video calls, and messaging) to oversee operations and reinforce relationships.
• Spot opportunities to enhance market share and capitalize on the portfolio.
• Execute analyses of retailers' and businesses' profiles to guide commercial decisions.
• Maintain the quality of information and communication with partners, representing the Itaú brand with professionalism.
• Organize and prioritize portfolio tasks to guarantee efficient delivery within the available timeframe.
• Prior experience in commercial sectors, customer service, or portfolio management.
• Proficient in negotiation and client relationship management (preferably within the financial or automotive industries).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present arguments persuasively.
• Resilient and proactive demeanor, comfortable working with targets and facing commercial challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple concurrent demands.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Completed or in-progress university degree (flexible based on background).
• Familiarity with the vehicle market or automotive financing is advantageous (not mandatory).
• A degree in Administration, Economics, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields is preferred.
• Additional training in sales, negotiation, customer service, or financial products is a plus.
• Experience in remote client engagement (phone, video, messaging) will be viewed as an advantage.
