• Act as the main technical contact for Account Managers, clients, pricing, and Network Operations.
• Determine technical solutions and outline comprehensive requirements for service deployment, taking into account customers’ existing systems, locations, and technical necessities.
• Work collaboratively across various teams (Sales, Carrier Relations, Product, Engineering) to devise technical solutions that align with EdgeUno’s strategic objectives.
• Facilitate the technical assessment of business opportunities, addressing and resolving critical customer technical concerns.
• Develop and present technical proposals/solutions in a thorough, well-illustrated, and persuasive manner.
• Establish essential technical relationships with key customers to strengthen reference accounts and support account expansion strategies.
• Lead both internal and external Kickoff Meetings for all finalized agreements.
• Oversee the complete pricing process for all designated opportunities and leads.
• Demonstrate and present the technical capabilities of the EdgeUno portfolio.
• Frame product-related issues for discussion and resolution with the Product and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and Bids ensuring technical precision and clarity.
• At least 5 years of relevant sales support/Pre-sales experience in the Telecom or Digital Infrastructure industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of general connectivity products (IP Transit, DIA, MPLS, EPL, Wave, Submarine capacity).
• Demonstrated capability to "see the big picture," designing solutions that address customer business challenges.
• Outstanding interpersonal and professional communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• Customer-oriented, highly organized, and results-driven.
