This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Launch and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads;
• Initiate and expand Demand Generation (DemandGen) campaigns from the ground up, achieving break-even and profitability;
• Establish, manage, and enhance Search and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns to ensure scalable growth without compromising efficiency;
• Continuously refine campaign performance through bid strategies, targeting, budgets, and audience signals;
• Experiment with new ad creatives and concepts, collaborating closely with the Creative team to develop and iterate on new assets;
• Enhance creative performance through systematic A/B testing and sharing of insights;
• Create and maintain performance reports and dashboards in Google Sheets for comprehensive campaign analysis;
• Utilize data from internal BI systems, Superset, and other data sources to guide decision-making and optimization efforts;
• Assess funnel performance and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing efficiency and scalability.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Demand Generation (formerly Discovery) campaigns, emphasizing performance objectives over branding;
• Demonstrated experience with both video and static creatives in DemandGen campaigns using tCPA and tROAS bidding strategies;
• Extensive experience in managing and optimizing Search and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns utilizing tCPA and tROAS strategies;
• Strong grasp of performance optimization metrics, including CPA, ROI, and ROAS;
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets;
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data and convert insights into actionable optimizations;
• Capability to independently optimize and scale campaigns while meeting efficiency targets;
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher;
• Proficiency in Russian at C1 level or higher.
