This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Propel Google to new heights by discovering innovative campaign types and funnel structures.
• Oversee systematic, high-volume creative testing and guide direction informed by performance analytics.
• Evaluate all KPIs in Google Ads and BI tools, transforming data into actionable strategies.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies, converting insights into testing possibilities.
• Utilize and enhance current automation frameworks to boost operational efficiency.
• Work in close collaboration with the Meta UA team and other marketing professionals.
• Experience: At least 2 years of practical experience with Google Ads, demonstrating strong results in web subscription funnels.
• Channel depth: In-depth, hands-on expertise in Demand Generation, Display, and Search.
• Performance marketing mindset: Comprehension of funnels, conversion logic, and the link between user acquisition decisions and lifetime value (LTV) as well as business outcomes.
• Creative thinker: Capability to discern high-performing creative content and shape strategy accordingly.
• AI and automation-native: Proven experience in developing automation workflows.
• Numbers-driven: Proficient in CPA, ROAS, and LTV metrics.
• Detail-oriented: Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership over work.
• English: Proficiency at B2 level or above.
