Team Lead, Paid Social

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish standards: You will determine the execution, testing, and reporting of campaigns, while creating playbooks that enhance scalability and quality.

• Strategic account management: You will take the lead on key accounts, strategically intervening when necessary and knowing when to allow autonomy.

• Media procurement, creativity & funnel optimization: You will ensure the seamless integration of briefs, landing pages, and offer mechanics.

• Leverage AI: Utilize AI as a genuine enhancer of workflows rather than just a decorative element.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5+ years of practical experience in Paid Social (Meta & TikTok)

• Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) and/or agency settings

• Initial experience in leadership or mentoring is advantageous

• Hands-on approach

• Proficient in both German and English
