This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Oversee the maintenance, enhancement, and troubleshooting of Power BI reports and dashboards.

• Develop and optimize Power BI data models, including relationships, measures, and visuals.

• Create and maintain DAX measures and Power Query transformations.

• Ensure report outputs are validated against source data and business requirements.

• Analyze and resolve issues related to report performance, data refresh, accuracy, and usability.

• Collaborate directly with internal project stakeholders and client users to clarify reporting requirements and elucidate dashboard functionalities.

• Document essential metrics, report logic, assumptions, and known limitations.

• Senior-level consultant/developer specializing in Power BI.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in BI, reporting, analytics, or data visualization.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including both Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

• 3+ years of DAX experience, encompassing measures, calculated columns, filtering logic, and performance-optimized calculations.

• Over 2 years of SQL experience, preferably with SQL Server or Azure SQL.

• Strong comprehension of BI data modeling principles, including relationships, measures, KPIs, and report-level filtering.

• Proven experience in troubleshooting issues related to Power BI refresh failures, data inconsistencies, model challenges, and report performance.
