Senior Portfolio Manager – Building Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Report to the Senior Marketing Director and collaborate extensively across the North American Building Care platform across all sectors.

• Responsible for addressing all product marketing requirements of the portfolio, developing a value proposition for each sector, including portfolio rationalization and optimization.

• Focus on product enhancement and development initiatives.

• Manage the P&L of the assigned portfolio.

• Execute downstream marketing strategies to bolster sales efforts.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to enhance the product portfolio.

• Engage with the Business Units’ Sales and Marketing professionals to drive product sales and define the strategic direction of the portfolio.

• Partner with professional organizations, connect with equipment manufacturers, and collaborate with product development and market research agencies to create an innovative portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including website development and analytics.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Strong financial acumen.

• Proficient in project management and leadership.

• Knowledge of the EPA registration process for sanitizers.

• Capability to work collaboratively across teams.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong skills in market research and planning, along with successful execution and measurement.

• A collaborative team player.

• Technical communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts, findings, and recommendations to leadership.
