Senior PLM Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and implement essential customizations, integrations, and solutions for Teamcenter.

• Take charge of delivering ArsenalOS PLM customizations and integrations utilizing ITK, SOA, BMIDE, and Active Workspace.

• Create efficient integrations between Teamcenter and ERP, MES, change management, requirements management, and CAD systems.

• Develop scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions while reducing upgrade challenges.

• Enhance platform observability and reliability using tools like Datadog.

• Foster engineering excellence through informed technical choices, architectural direction, and high-quality coding practices.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools for expedited development processes.

• Work collaboratively with systems architecture, software product and design, change management, requirements management, and manufacturing teams.

• Establish architectural standards and guide solutions from initial concepts through prototyping to full production.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a software engineering position.

• At least 3 years of practical Teamcenter development experience.

• Proficient in ITK development using C/C++.

• Expertise in BMIDE data modeling and customization.

• Familiarity with SOA services and handlers.

• Experience in customizing and developing Active Workspace.

• Knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, database schema, and administration.

• Strong programming capabilities in Java, C++, and C#.

• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and code review processes.

• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.

• Background with large enterprise applications and high availability requirements.

• Database experience in SQL, Oracle, or SQL Server, including data modeling and query optimization.

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• U.S. Person status is required to access export-controlled data.
