Member of Technical Staff – Core AI, Neurosymbolic Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and implement high-throughput data pipelines that support the Enterprise Knowledge Graph for managing petabyte-scale operational data.

• Build high-performance software frameworks and architectural blueprints that allow engineers to deploy AI capabilities in a safe and reliable manner.

• Evaluate, optimize, and launch neural networks, foundation models, and vector infrastructures on a large scale.

• Create predictive time-series models and statistical engines aimed at enhancing demand planning.

• Develop deterministic, constraint-based solvers and algorithmic planning systems.

• Design agentic workflows and multi-agent systems for autonomous enterprise planning within the APEX operating model.

• Engage in a talent acquisition screening process.

• Participate in three 45-minute technical and architectural discussions.

• Take part in a final strategic discussion with the CTO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust engineering or research experience with a demonstrated history of building and evolving software platforms or intricate algorithms.

• Experience at leading technology firms or rapidly growing tech platforms.

• Familiarity or a strong interest in integrating statistical/neural AI methods with symbolic, rule-based, or constraint-driven planning.

• Ability to operate effectively without the need for bureaucratic approval processes.

• Responsibility for technical outcomes.

• Enthusiasm for transforming innovative R&D into scalable, production-level enterprise software.

• Candidates will be assessed across data engineering, software engineering, machine learning, forecasting, optimization, and agentic AI sectors.
