Senior Platform Manager, Defense Platform

📋 Description

• Articulate and implement a captivating product vision and roadmap for Anti-Discrimination and Equity initiatives.

• Lead a diverse team comprising engineers, data scientists, designers, operations specialists, policy leaders, and product collaborators to ensure alignment, effective execution, and measurable outcomes.

• Oversee the product backlog and prioritization strategy, balancing business value, risk mitigation, and user experience.

• Set clear objectives, metrics, and success criteria in collaboration with Anti-Discrimination and Equity and cross-functional leadership.

• Effectively communicate strategy, progress, and insights to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.

• Utilize data-driven experiments and measurement frameworks to enhance platform products and decision-making systems continuously.

• Work closely with teams across Technology, Global Operations, Policy, Product, Legal, Reputation, and Shared Services to ensure alignment, manage interdependencies, and optimize execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product management, preferably within platform, anti-discrimination & equity, trust & safety, or risk sectors.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to influence a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with a pronounced inclination towards data-informed decision-making.

• Experience in driving hypothesis-driven product development and iterative learning processes.

• An entrepreneurial mindset capable of thriving in a dynamic and ambiguous setting.

• Demonstrated success in influencing without direct authority and fostering alignment within global, cross-functional teams.

• A genuine passion for and experience in creating technologies and products that prioritize inclusivity.

• Experience or background in anti-discrimination, equity, or inclusion is advantageous.
