Senior Platform Engineer – DevOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and organize the observability stack (metrics, logs, and traces) to guarantee operational visibility and reliability;

• Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines with an emphasis on security, predictability, and deployment efficiency;

• Apply DevSecOps practices (SAST, DAST, hardening, and vulnerability analysis);

• Oversee and advance AWS environments (EC2, networking, IAM, and multi-environment configurations);

• Collaborate closely with the development team to elevate the technical standards of operations;

• Conduct advanced troubleshooting, incident analysis (RCA), and structured post-mortems;

• Automate workflows and promote continuous improvements in infrastructure;

• Assist in the evolution of the architecture towards more modern and scalable environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with AWS (particularly EC2, networking, IAM, and security);

• Proficient in Linux and networking, possessing strong troubleshooting abilities;

• Solid background in CI/CD and infrastructure automation;

• Familiarity with GitHub Actions;

• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or similar);

• Practical understanding of security (SAST, DAST, vulnerability analysis);

• Proactive mindset with the capability to identify problems and implement solutions;

• Experience with Kubernetes / EKS;

• Background in high-scale or rapidly growing environments;

• Familiarity with GitOps (Argo CD or similar);

• Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization;

• Experience with tools such as SonarQube, Trivy, OWASP ZAP, DefectDojo.
