This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to shaping the Future: Engage thoroughly with our existing developer platform, pinpoint challenges, and devise innovative solutions to address them iteratively towards a collective vision. Take part in the design and development of a new architecture that ensures scalability, maintainability, and operational excellence.
• Upgrade the Stack: Work alongside architects and teams to assess and implement the appropriate tools, frameworks, and methodologies necessary for constructing a resilient, user-focused developer platform.
• Practical Development: Develop high-quality, production-ready code.
• Mentor and Leadership: Guide and support fellow engineers, assist in their professional development, share best practices and architectural insights, and cultivate a culture of engineering excellence. Your engagement enhances the overall quality of the work, whether you contributed directly, reviewed it, or participated in the design process.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, architects, product, design, quality, DevOps/Infra teams, and leadership to ensure alignment on objectives, design, timelines, and execution strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of Developer Platform / DevEx fundamentals and infrastructure platform services design.
• Proficient in Golang, with experience in Python considered an advantage.
• Extensive expertise in CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins) within large-scale environments.
• Significant experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a proven track record of driving large, impactful projects.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts and influencing engineering direction across teams, departments, and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
