Senior Planning and Performance Analyst

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of a comprehensive complaints analysis process utilizing Artificial Intelligence tools to uncover trends and implement responsive solutions.

• Produce management reports that highlight critical pain points in order operations and promptly communicate corrective actions to execution teams.

• Develop and launch a BI Alerts Dashboard, ensuring data integrity, and create a roadmap for the introduction of new pertinent alerts.

• Collaborate in establishing a solid, unified control point for material order data.

• Work in close partnership with the data team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence (BI), or process improvement, ideally within Logistics, Order Management, or Supply Chain sectors.

• Demonstrated capability to manage high-volume data utilizing SQL.

• Ability to work independently and proactively in identifying and addressing structural challenges.

• Familiarity with or interest in employing AI tools.

• Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset.
