• Assist in the development, optimization, and reporting of paid search campaigns throughout the portfolio.
• Create and initiate comprehensive campaigns across search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and more.
• Upload campaigns to appropriate platforms utilizing tools such as Google Editor, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
• Conduct thorough Quality Assurance (QA) for all campaigns prior to launch.
• Precisely forecast and manage monthly budgets.
• Oversee the daily performance of accounts through Search Query Report (SQR) analysis and other techniques.
• Consistently monitor performance metrics.
• Provide campaign results reporting that focuses on delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support the account lead with ad hoc requests from internal teams and clients.
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in paid search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent work experience.
• Google Ads Certification is mandatory.
• Google Analytics Certification is advantageous.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Ads Editor.
• Strong proficiency in core Excel functions, particularly those related to data analysis.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively within a team setting.
• Capability to think critically about business challenges and offer data-driven solutions.
