Campaign Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Strategize, develop, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns from inception to execution across email, digital, social media, and event platforms.

• Create campaign calendars and project schedules, ensuring all campaign materials are delivered on time.

• Compose and revise campaign content including emails, landing pages, advertisements, and social media posts.

• Oversee digital advertising initiatives (Google Ads, LinkedIn) focusing on targeting, budget management, and performance optimization.

• Collaborate with the MDF Manager on partner-co-funded campaigns to ensure adherence to partner specifications.

• Evaluate campaign effectiveness using marketing analytics tools and make improvements based on findings.

• Partner with the brand and corporate communications team to facilitate campaign production.

• Assist the marketing team with logistics for both virtual and in-person events.

• Provide regular updates on campaign performance to marketing leadership and essential stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing campaign management.

• Practical experience with marketing automation software (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).

• Proficient in digital advertising tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

• Excellent copywriting abilities and a keen eye for design in the development of campaign assets.

• Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, CRM-based reporting).

• Strong project management skills with the capability to handle multiple campaigns at once.

• Experience in the IT services or technology sector is preferred.
