• Oversee and enhance paid media campaigns on the Meta and Google Ads platforms.
• Initiate, launch, monitor, and expand advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of creative and founder-led clients.
• Perform continuous campaign analysis and generate performance reports.
• Discover opportunities for optimization and enhanced return on ad spend.
• Track campaign budgets, pacing, and essential performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
• Execute audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation strategies.

• Stay informed about platform updates, trends, and best practices within paid media channels.
• Provide strategic insights to aid in client growth and retention.
• At least 5-7 years of practical experience managing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
• Demonstrated experience working with scaling brands, SMEs, or founder-led enterprises.
• Comprehensive understanding of paid social and paid search strategies, optimization, and reporting.
• Capability to independently manage multiple client accounts with little oversight.
• Experience in analyzing campaign performance data and converting insights into actionable enhancements.
• Strong business acumen with excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
• Outstanding communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote agency setting.
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools is a plus.
• A reliable laptop/computer and a stable high-speed internet connection are required.
• Must primarily operate within UK business hours.
