This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze plan documents for new clients to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Offer guidance on plan design during consultation calls.
• Assemble the initial document package, which includes necessary policies, forms, and notices.
• Enter document details into the CRM system.
• Assist with client calls to clarify any issues related to plan documents.
• Keep instructions, checklists, and plan design grids up to date.
• Exhibit leadership qualities within the department.
• Showcase the ability to troubleshoot, research, and resolve complex issues that may arise.
• Take charge of process enhancements and projects that involve internal partners and upper management.
• Organize ongoing education and training for fellow team members as required.
• Conduct quality reviews of peer documents, policies, and forms before client distribution.
• Oversee the transition of all plan types and products in New Business (DC, DB, NQ).
• Perform quality assessments on Amendments and other documents drafted by the Ongoing Document Team, as well as those from Sales and Transition Consultants.
• Provide document and compliance assistance to internal partners (Sales, Relationship Managers, Distribution Specialists).
• Support or lead departmental initiatives and projects.
• Consistently achieve above-average review ratings.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Relevant work experience or a college degree is required.
• QKA (Qualified 401 (k) Administrator) designation is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience related to plan documents is mandatory.
