This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and direct investigations pertaining to policy issues identified through reporting mechanisms.
• Execute comprehensive investigations that encompass interviews, risk evaluations, document analysis, and evidence collection.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Labor & Employment, and HR departments to ascertain findings and suggest corrective measures.
• Draft clear, detailed, and evidence-supported investigation reports that outline allegations, findings, and conclusions.
• Provide consistent updates on case statuses and relay outcomes to important business stakeholders.
• Deliver summaries of investigations and briefings to senior leadership when required.
• Supervise assigned cases to guarantee prompt resolution and adherence to established procedures and standards.
• Work alongside Compliance, Ombuds, and cross-functional teams to recognize trends and assist investigations across various regions.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong background in compliance, legal, investigations, audit, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Portuguese.
• Must possess fluency in English.
• Demonstrated highest level of integrity with the ability to manage confidential matters discreetly and respectfully.
• Proficient in Legal, Finance, Quality, or Sourcing, along with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Established capability to make independent decisions, handle competing priorities, and support stakeholders across multiple locations in a fast-paced setting.
• Outstanding communication, coaching, presentation, and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing outcomes in global, matrixed organizations.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
