This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Triage, evaluate, and oversee incoming Global Speak-Up reports.
• Ensure the prompt, precise, and consistent management of compliance issues.
• Carry out workplace investigations.
• Assess allegations for risk and priority levels.
• Delegate cases to the relevant investigative teams.
• Guarantee compliance with global policies and procedures in alignment with RTX’s Code of Conduct.
• Track the progress of cases.
• Support the integrity of data within investigation systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Security, and business leadership teams.
• Foster transparency, accountability, and appropriate escalation protocols.
• A University Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Preferred experience in compliance, investigations, ethics, operations, legal, HR, or similar fields.
• Familiarity with triage, risk assessment, or incident intake processes is preferred.
• Previous involvement in workplace or other investigations, including fact-finding and documentation, is preferred.
• Experience with case management or investigation recording systems is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners such as HR, Legal, Security, and Operations is preferred.
• Understanding of global compliance policies, standards, and governance is preferred.
• Ability to professionally manage confidential or sensitive matters is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft case summaries, are preferred.
