This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Lead advanced strategies for sourcing Physicians by utilizing contemporary techniques.
• Comprehend the qualities of top-tier Physician/APP talent and effectively promote it within the Care Delivery Organization.
• Implement Humana's Talent Acquisition framework while adopting best practices.
• Create and execute recruitment strategies that align with broader organizational objectives.
• Serve as a strong consultant and influencer to hiring leaders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance strategy; frequently suggest solutions to overcome recruiting obstacles and strategies for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with all HR team members and key stakeholders across various business areas to ensure candidate sourcing aligns with targeted roles.
• Pre-screen candidates by evaluating resumes and credentials to assess their skills, experience, and knowledge relative to job requirements.
• Identify candidates for specific roles by focusing on talent acquisition through diverse digital media, job boards, sourcing channels, conferences, and local/national outreach efforts.
• Negotiate employment agreements and non-compete clauses to facilitate prompt signing.
• Keep accurate and organized records of all candidates and search tools within the organization's applicant tracking system and CRM.
• Manage relationships with third-party contingency search firms as necessary.
• Minimum of 3 years of comprehensive physician recruitment experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with Workday and/or familiarity with formal applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Proven experience in sourcing passive candidates using various digital channels, job boards, sourcing methods, conferences, and outreach efforts.
• In-depth knowledge of resources and tools within the physician recruiting industry.
• Demonstrated ability to present information effectively to leadership.
