Senior PHP Technical Interviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews and assessments for PHP developer roles to evaluate candidates' programming skills, problem-solving capabilities, and comprehension of Java concepts.

• Collaborate with recruitment teams to enhance interview questions and techniques based on the specific requirements of the roles and current industry trends.

• Offer comprehensive feedback and recommendations to hiring managers and HR teams to support informed hiring decisions.

• Keep abreast of the latest Java technologies and advancements to effectively evaluate candidates.

• Engage in the development and standardization of technical interview processes and training resources for interviewers.

• Demonstrated experience as a Java developer with a robust understanding of PHP ecosystems and frameworks like Laravel and Symfony.

• Prior experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or educational roles is highly beneficial.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to provide constructive feedback and conduct interviews in a professional manner.

• Proficiency in additional programming languages is a plus.
