Senior Pharmacy Sales Representative, Orange County/County of San Diego

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Pharmacy Sales Director to implement market strategies for the assigned market segment.

• Oversee all stages of the sales process, including lead generation and follow-up activities.

• Contribute to the creation of a comprehensive market segment and geographic plan.

• Assist in defining the characteristics of clinics that would benefit most from a partnership with Lumicera, along with conducting market research to identify those best fitting this profile.

• Lead internal sales project teams.

• Discover, manage, present solutions, and negotiate effectively.

• Provide updates on sales activities to the Pharmacy Sales Director, focusing on: sales pipeline, project status, prospective clinic strategies, and evaluation of other market team initiatives.

• Travel to prospective clinic locations for up to 60% of the time.

• Engage in business events, conferences, trade shows, and seminars to support our marketing initiatives as required.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree or several years of equivalent/relevant experience.

• Demonstrated experience as a sales representative or in medical sales.

• Experience in specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical sales is highly preferred.

• Commitment to participate in, adhere to, and support the objectives of the compliance program.

• Ability to consistently interact in a cooperative and respectful manner with colleagues.
