Senior Pharmacy Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Utilize targeted geographic analysis to engage with physician offices, influencing them to direct patients' specialty drug prescriptions to Humana Specialty Pharmacy for fulfillment.

• Aim to boost orders to Humana Pharmacy, leading to an increase in prescriptions and revenue.

• Develop relationships through sales calls across front office and back office medical clinics within the assigned territory.

• Educate staff and provide information on options for patient utilization of Specialty Pharmacy medications.

• Proven experience in sales with a record of success.

• Background in a healthcare setting and/or managed care environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Adaptable, dynamic personality that thrives in a collaborative team setting.

• Capability to establish and maintain strong relationships with partnered business segments.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel daily, with approximately 70% of the time including potential overnight trips.

• Must reside within the designated sales territory or be prepared to relocate at your own expense.

• Participation in offsite team meetings may require flights and overnight stays.

• This position is part of Humana's Driver safety program, necessitating a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with minimum limits of 100/300/100.

• Your driving record will undergo evaluation as part of a third-party background check; certain infractions may impact your eligibility for this role.
