• Oversee a sales territory that encompasses CenterWell, a brand owned by Humana that provides Primary Care, Home Health, and Pharmacy services.
• Establish and nurture connections with front and back-office personnel through sales calls within the designated territory.
• Deliver staff training and information regarding options for patient usage of Specialty Pharmacy medications.
• Become a proficient resource on specialty pharmacy medications and Humana pharmacy benefits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Adaptable and dynamic personality suited for teamwork.
• Capability to forge and sustain strong relationships with collaborating business segments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications.
• Must be willing to work in the field five days a week within the territory boundaries.
• Residency within the defined sales territory or willingness to relocate at your own expense is required.
• Attendance at offsite team meetings, which may necessitate flights and overnight travel.
• A valid state driver’s license is mandatory.
• Your driving history will be assessed as part of a third-party background check.
• Previous sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing goals.
• Self-driven and motivated.
• Ability to evaluate sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Healthcare is a plus.
