Senior Pharmacovigilance Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries

• Manage client expectations while ensuring satisfaction with PrimeVigilance services

• Guarantee that the work delivered meets or surpasses client expectations

• Develop project scope and objectives in accordance with signed client contracts

• Organize project activities, timelines, and interim milestones

• Create reports for clients and PrimeVigilance management, including monthly reports that serve as a basis for invoicing

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in pharmacovigilance activities, including the processing and quality review of ICSRs

• Background in writing or contributing to aggregate reports

• Familiarity with literature screening and reconciliation

• Experience in preparing SOPs

• Project management experience in pharmacovigilance, preferably from a service provider or CRO

• Degree in Health Care or Life Sciences

• Proficient in communicating with senior levels within pharmaceutical organizations

• Strong leadership skills

• Competencies in planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, communication, and problem-solving
