Senior Pharmacovigilance Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries.

• Oversee client expectations to ensure that PrimeVigilance services meet or surpass them.

• Develop project scope and objectives based on finalized client agreements.

• Organize project activities, establish deadlines, and identify key milestones.

• Generate reports for both clients and PrimeVigilance management, including monthly reports that serve as the basis for invoicing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in pharmacovigilance activities, with a focus on processing and quality review of ICSRs.

• Background in writing or contributing to aggregate reports.

• Familiarity with literature screening and reconciliation.

• Experience in preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Project management experience in pharmacovigilance, preferably within a service provider or CRO setting.

• Background as a Health Care Professional or a degree in Life Sciences.

• Proficient in communicating at senior levels within pharmaceutical organizations.

• Possess leadership skills, including planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
