Senior Pharmacovigilance Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries.

• Manage client expectations and ensure their satisfaction with PrimeVigilance services.

• Ensure that the delivered work either meets or surpasses client expectations.

• Develop project scope and objectives based on the signed client agreement.

• Organize project activities, deadlines, and interim milestones.

• Create reports for clients and PrimeVigilance management, including monthly reports that serve as a basis for invoicing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in pharmacovigilance activities, including processing and quality review of ICSRs.

• Background in writing or contributing to aggregate reports.

• Familiarity with literature screening and reconciliation.

• Experience in preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Background in pharmacovigilance project management, preferably with a service provider or CRO.

• Graduate in Health Care or Life Sciences.

• Comfortable communicating at senior levels within pharmaceutical organizations.

• Strong leadership capabilities.

• Proficient in planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
