Senior Pharmacovigilance Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries

• Manage client expectations and ensure that PrimeVigilance services meet or surpass those expectations

• Develop project scope and objectives based on the signed agreement with the client

• Organize project activities, timelines, and interim milestones

• Generate reports for clients and PrimeVigilance management, including monthly reports that support invoicing

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in pharmacovigilance activities

• Experience in processing and conducting quality reviews of ICSRs

• Background in writing or contributing to aggregate reports

• Familiarity with literature screening and reconciliation

• Experience in preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Project management experience in pharmacovigilance, preferably from a service provider or Clinical Research Organization (CRO)

• Degree in Health Care or Life Sciences

• Proficient in communicating with senior professionals within pharmaceutical organizations

• Possess leadership qualities, including skills in planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, communication, and problem-solving
