Senior Pharmacovigilance Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries.

• Oversee client expectations and ensure that PrimeVigilance services are delivered to meet or surpass those expectations.

• Develop project scope and objectives in accordance with signed client agreements.

• Organize project activities, timelines, and key milestones.

• Create reports for clients and PrimeVigilance management, including monthly reports that serve as the basis for invoicing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in pharmacovigilance activities, specifically in the processing and quality review of ICSRs.

• Background in writing or contributing to aggregate reports.

• Familiarity with literature screening and reconciliation processes.

• Experience in preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Proven project management experience in pharmacovigilance, preferably within a service provider or Contract Research Organization (CRO).

• Degree in Health Care or Life Sciences.

• Proficient in communicating effectively at senior levels within pharmaceutical companies.

• Strong leadership skills, including planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
