This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Leads the team responsible for ICSR management for a specific project or set of projects as Team Leader and manages ICSR staff.
• Ensures proper task distribution for assigned projects and teams, overseeing the workflow process.
• Guarantees effective collaboration with clients in the realm of ICSR Management.
• Contributes to the achievement of the company's goals and objectives.
• Works under the supervision of the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Provides support for other activities undertaken by the project team on behalf of both the client and the company.
• Develops and maintains project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, optimizing procedures, training, and other measures to enhance ICSR team efficiency.
• Recommends process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Manages ICSR deviations with support from the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Reviews trackers and timesheet data to ensure accuracy.
• Participates in ICSR processing and the second quality control of cases.
• Supports other departments as approved and directed by the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Functions as the assigned team Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Aids the RA & PV Network Department as necessary, including acting as the Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (LCPPV) for the specified country and fulfilling the role of Person Responsible for Local Screening (PRLS) for the designated language, as coordinated with the line manager.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related qualifications or experience in pharmacovigilance.
• Significant prior experience in pharmacovigilance, including at least 1 year in a line management role.
• Experience with medical devices is required.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proficient delegation abilities.
• Effective planning and time management skills.
• Technical competencies.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
