This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide safe, evidence-based prescribing of GLP-1 medications.
• Assume complete responsibility for the daily clinical quality, safety, and governance of your team.
• Establish the clinical benchmark and lead by example with the most complex cases.
• Oversee the implementation of new protocols, medications, and clinical technologies within your team.
• Conduct regular audits of prescribing quality and adherence to protocols, investigating any errors and near misses.
• GPhC-registered pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber annotation and a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience.
• Experience in prescribing for weight management, GLP-1s, or a closely related clinical field.
• Proven history of leading or assisting with clinical audits, governance, incident reviews, or quality improvement initiatives.
• Data is your passion.
• You are adept at functioning in a metrics-driven environment.
• You consistently act with integrity, even when unsupervised.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of developing straightforward systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, customer experience, and dispensary teams.
