Senior Personal Lines Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the client's existing insurance policies

• Promoting new and renewal business opportunities

• Participating in client meetings and advocating for the insured's interests

• Drafting endorsements for submission to insurance carriers

• Assisting in the cancellation of policies as necessary

• Providing clients with education on coverages and making recommendations when appropriate

• Managing renewals and remarketing efforts as required

• Creating proposals and delivering presentations to clients

• Keeping comprehensive customer records in the agency management systems (Applied EPIC and CSR 24)

• Fostering strong relationships with underwriters, carriers, and other key stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Personal Line Insurance is necessary

• A valid General Lines or Property & Casualty License is required

• Relevant designations are highly preferred (e.g., CIC, CPRIA)

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience with Applied Epic is preferred; however, familiarity with similar Account Management Systems (AMS) is acceptable
