Senior Personal Injury Protection, No-Fault Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of PIP / No-Fault litigation from start to finish.

• Manage more intricate, high-stakes, or disputed PIP cases.

• Conduct SIU Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) and generate comprehensive reports.

• Review and evaluate new file assignments, determining liability and damages.

• Carry out AAA No-Fault arbitrations and represent cases as necessary.

• Act as a primary legal advisor to claims professionals, offering strategic insights.

• Actively track changes in PIP / No-Fault legislation and implement those updates.

• Contribute to team growth by mentoring junior attorneys and enhancing processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) obtained from an accredited law institution.

• Current membership in good standing with the New York State Bar.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in PIP / No-Fault litigation or comparable litigation experience.

• Proven capability to independently handle a complete litigation caseload with minimal supervision.

• Strong skills in legal research, writing, and analysis.

• Advanced organizational and time management abilities.

• Experience in conducting arbitrations, EUOs, depositions, and negotiating settlements.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with claims professionals and internal stakeholders.

• Profound knowledge of legal ethics, professional responsibility, and internal practice standards.

• Must reside within a commutable distance to courthouses across New York.
