This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
β’ Design and implement end-to-end acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, X, and programmatic platforms.
β’ Manage and optimize campaigns focusing on key business metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention.
β’ Provide insights to the creative team, with clear hypotheses based on data and past results.
β’ Analyze cross-platform performance, identify scaling opportunities, and translate insights into concrete actions.
β’ Integrate AI tools into workflows.
β’ Over 4 years of experience in performance marketing.
β’ Independent management of campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and at least one additional platform.
β’ Experience managing significant investment budgets.
β’ Proficiency in attribution models and cross-platform analysis.
β’ Proactive and results-oriented profile.
β’ Advanced English (daily work with clients and materials).
β’ 100% remote work, with a distributed team and an asynchronous work culture when appropriate.
