This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You autonomously oversee performance campaigns on Meta and Google, managing everything from strategy and testing frameworks to scaling efforts.
• You create offers, systematically test creatives, optimize budgets, ROAS, and CAC, and possess a talent for pinpointing profitable levers.
• You collaborate closely with design and copy teams to craft ads that not only attract clicks but also drive conversions.
• You monitor, analyze, and optimize based on defined KPIs (e.g., utilizing Google Analytics, Meta Attribution, Klar, or similar tools).
• You share your insights to enhance our client strategies and, if desired, take charge of small project teams.
• Over 2 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly with Meta Ads & Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax).
• Strong understanding of campaign dynamics: You know how to test creatives, develop offers, allocate budgets, and prepare for scaling initiatives.
• Optional: Experience with native advertising platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain) or a strong willingness to learn about them.
• Technical proficiency: You work methodically with tools such as Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, GA4, and potentially Klar.
• Hands-on approach: You take initiative, think like an entrepreneur, and execute tasks independently.
