This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Take ownership of and enhance paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, Naver, and Kakao.
• Oversee daily performance metrics and optimize for Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the creative team to test various creatives, target audiences, and ad placements.
• Develop and manage campaign reports along with analyses of creative performance.
• Participate in budget planning and growth forecasting initiatives.
• Keep abreast of updates on Korean platforms, algorithm modifications, and competitive movements.
• Collaborate across functions with Brand, Creative, and Global Marketing teams to ensure that campaigns resonate locally.
• Guarantee that campaigns are culturally relevant and tailored for the Korean market.
• Remain informed about market trends, platform developments, and competitive activities.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in performance marketing or paid media.
• A proven history of managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns that yield measurable outcomes.
• Direct experience with Korean platforms such as Naver and Kakao.
• Strong analytical abilities and a comfort level with data-driven decision-making processes.
• Capability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Native proficiency in Korean, along with professional proficiency in English.
