Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance marketing campaigns

• Oversee relationships with external performance partners

• Evaluate advertising performance metrics

• Work collaboratively with other departments

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in performance marketing, preferably in the e-commerce sector

• Proficient in Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Knowledge of AI-driven advertising platforms (Meta Andromeda, Smart Bidding, Advantage+)

• Strong ability to manage performance KPIs and optimize based on data

• Familiarity with price comparison platforms (idealo, billiger.de) and retargeting networks (Criteo) is advantageous

• Basic understanding of scripting or API integration
