This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of and enhance paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Tiktok, and other global platforms for various international markets.
• Track daily performance metrics and optimize for Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and overall marketing efficiency.
• Collaborate with the creative team to test different creatives, audiences, and placements.
• Develop and maintain detailed campaign reports alongside creative performance analysis.
• Assist in budget planning and growth projections for different markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative and Global Marketing teams.
• Ensure that campaigns are culturally relevant and appropriately localized for each specific market.
• Keep up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm adjustments, and competitive activities in various markets, including collaborating with platform account representatives.
• Work with local market experts as necessary to guarantee relevance and accuracy.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in performance marketing and paid media.
• Demonstrated success in managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns at scale with quantifiable results.
• Experience in executing campaigns across multiple regions or markets.
• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote, asynchronous work environment.
• Proficient in English at a professional level.
• Professional English proficiency.
