This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary daily contact for agency partners overseeing paid search, video, social, and programmatic campaigns.
• Establish expectations, clarify priorities, hold agency partners accountable to service level agreements (SLAs) and optimization schedules, and identify performance deficiencies.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance of campaign setups, keyword lists, bidding strategies, audience targeting, ad copy, tracking/tagging, and budget management.
• Examine creative assets for compliance with platform specifications and safe zones prior to launch.
• Implement naming conventions consistently across campaigns, ad groups, creatives, and UTMs.
• Ensure a well-organized campaign taxonomy, tidy folders, up-to-date documentation, and final preflight checks are completed.
• Lead paid search strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and other SEM platforms.
• Direct paid social strategy on platforms such as Meta, Reddit, X, TikTok, and additional channels.
• Propel experimentation roadmaps, guarantee robust test design, and document and apply insights learned.
• Supervise and enhance substantial monthly budgets, focusing on CPA, ROAS, LTV/CAC, and payback-period objectives.
• Create and uphold reporting dashboards and performance metrics frameworks.
• Provide proactive status updates, performance insights, and risk notifications to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Convert campaign data into actionable insights for leadership, product marketing, and growth partners.
• Oversee agency execution of programmatic campaigns via DSPs like The Trade Desk and DV360.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage direct media buys across newsletters, industry publications, trade journals, and developer-centric websites.
• Recognize and experiment with emerging media channels, placements, sponsorships, and partnership possibilities.
• 5–8 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Extensive knowledge of SEM/paid search, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
• Agency experience is strongly preferred, especially with managing multiple accounts or clients at once.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong quality assurance mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and ensure quality from agency partners.
• Proven history of managing significant paid media budgets with defined performance results and efficient spending allocation.
• Proactive communication skills with the capability to identify issues early and provide solutions.
• Strong analytical abilities using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable working with data, attribution modeling, and translating performance data into optimization strategies.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing across creative content, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Bonus: Experience in marketing to developer or technical audiences.
• Bonus: Familiarity with MMPs and mobile attribution tools like Singular, AppsFlyer, and Adjust.
