This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the entire paid performance portfolio for B2B Travel, encompassing strategy, execution, and measurement across various channels: search, social, programmatic, CTV, audio, and emerging platforms.
• Drive the acquisition of new business sign-ups and enhance the conversion rate of sign-ups into first-time bookers, managing both aspects of the acquisition process.
• Improve acquisition efficiency, focusing on product-line ROAS and LTV:CAC metrics rather than relying on channel-level proxies.
• Collaborate with Performance, Analytics, and Product teams to ensure that measurement, attribution, and signal quality meet high standards throughout the sign-up and first-booking funnel.
• Manage the creative testing cycle for Travel (hypothesis, variant, successful scale) in collaboration with brand and creative teams.
• Spearhead the expansion into new paid channels (CTV, Spotify and audio, direct mail, emerging platforms) using a structured test-and-graduate approach.
• Develop and sustain the weekly performance narrative for Travel: highlighting successes, challenges, and future strategies.
• Work in conjunction with lifecycle and CRM teams to ensure a seamless handoff of paid acquisition into the customer journey, without overseeing the email and journey flows personally.
• Utilize AI tools and workflows to enhance throughput in areas such as audience building, creative briefing, performance reporting, and in-platform optimization.
• 7–10 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven ability to drive efficient acquisition against ROAS, LTV:CAC, or payback-period objectives.
• You have managed a complete paid portfolio, rather than just one or two channels, and understand when to scale, maintain, or discontinue spending.
• You have overseen paid programs at substantial scale and know how to increase spending without compromising efficiency.
• Extensive hands-on experience with search, social, and programmatic channels. Additional expertise in testing and scaling new channels like CTV, audio, podcasting, or direct mail is a bonus.
• Possess strong creative instincts. You can brief, assess, and iterate on creative concepts with a distinct viewpoint, rather than solely depending on an agency or designer.
• Proficient in AI tools and adaptable to systems. You have effectively utilized AI tools to transform your work processes and can onboard new platforms and workflows independently.
• Comprehensive understanding of measurement processes: attribution, incrementality, MMM, and their significance at varying levels.
• Comfortable with SQL or BI tools at a functional level, allowing you to extract and interpret your own data without relying on the analytics team.
• Preference for candidates with B2B SaaS experience. Backgrounds in Travel, T&E, or high-velocity B2B are advantageous.
• You prioritize data and outcomes over mere activity or impressions.
• Ability to balance the optimization of an existing program while exploring new channel opportunities.
• Effective communicator capable of conveying information clearly to both executives and individual contributors.
• Competitive base salary reflecting the role and experience, with opportunities for bonuses, commissions, and equity.
