Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Social Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will manage Meta and TikTok campaigns focusing on profitability, independently deriving strategic measures for account development.

• You will oversee budget management with monthly budgets ranging from €10,000 to €200,000 per client.

• You will develop performance strategies to scale projects and enhance ROAS, POAS, and CAC across all relevant funnel stages.

• You will create data-driven ads in collaboration with the content team and systematically test hooks, formats, and narratives.

• You will analyze campaign data, generate client reports, and advise clients on holistic account development.

• You will work closely with a team of creative strategists, copywriters, and creative editors, with the ambition to take on more personnel responsibility in the future.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in Meta Ads with a focus on e-commerce.

• Independent management of e-commerce accounts with monthly advertising budgets in the high five to six-figure range, supported by tangible results.

• Hands-on experience in tracking, attribution, and data analysis using tools such as Triple Whale, Tracify, or Admetrics from practical experience.

• Deep understanding of margins, contribution margins, and retention, and why ROAS alone is not a sufficient decision-making basis.

• Residence in Germany.
