This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop and implement a data-driven strategy for customer acquisition and expansion across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV, Reddit, and other emerging paid social platforms.
• Explore and experiment with new and emerging platforms to discover growth opportunities relevant to audiences in Mexico and Canada.
• Adapt and localize global paid social strategies for Mexico and Canada, ensuring cultural appropriateness, regional market dynamics, suitable language localization, and alignment with local purchasing behavior.
• Oversee the complete campaign strategy and execution — from audience targeting and creative briefing to ad trafficking, performance analysis, and optimization.
• Utilize A/B testing and experimentation to consistently enhance ad creative, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and messaging across various platforms.
• Use performance data to guide creative direction, audience segmentation, campaign structure, and bidding strategies that promote efficiency and results.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, implementing suggestions to uncover new growth opportunities and enhance outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing Ops, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, and the broader Americas Marketing team to create integrated campaigns aimed at achieving regional growth objectives.
• Champion, exemplify, and integrate Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we expand globally and into new markets.
• Maintain accurate budget tracking and pacing; proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Work with Marketing Operations to ensure correct UTM tagging, CRM integration, and attribution across all initiatives.
• Regularly present performance insights and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social, with proven expertise across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and CTV.
• Experience managing paid social budgets in Mexico and/or Canada, with knowledge of the unique media landscape, platform behaviors, and audience dynamics in each market.
• Proficient in creating campaigns and ads directly in platform-native tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads for YouTube).
• Experience working with high-growth SaaS products, a thorough understanding of the B2B sales funnel, and familiarity with the B2B MarTech stack, including Salesforce and Marketo.
• Skilled in trafficking ads, implementing tracking tags in Google Tag Manager, and understanding server-side tracking and first-party data strategies.
• Results-oriented and data-driven, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions and prioritize initiatives.
• Demonstrated capability to build paid social channels from inception and scale them to significant expenditure levels, with a strong emphasis on high-impact, high-return initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across both technical and creative teams.
• High level of ownership and accountability, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects concurrently.
