This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership and enhance the performance of paid search initiatives across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Create and implement strategies for B2B channel growth.
• Continuously refine campaign structures and bidding techniques.
• Track and evaluate performance to identify actionable improvements.
• Design and conduct structured experiments aimed at boosting performance.
• Develop and maintain reports that link performance metrics to revenue outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance funnel performance.
• Over 4 years of experience in paid search or performance marketing.
• Extensive knowledge of paid search platforms, particularly Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Strong practical experience in managing and scaling paid search in a B2B environment.
• Advanced understanding of keyword strategy and auction dynamics.
• Demonstrated experience in optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), CAC to Lifetime Value (LTV) ratios, and funnel metrics.
• Proficient in tracking and measurement tools (GA4, GTM).
• Strong analytical abilities to convert data insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
